# Security

> How Contractors Cloud approaches platform security and how to report a vulnerability.

Security at Contractors Cloud is led by **Denis Priebe, Principal Engineer**. Denis is responsible for the security of the Contractors Cloud web application, mobile apps, REST API and MCP server, and is the point of contact for security matters.

## Reporting a vulnerability

If you believe you have found a security issue in Contractors Cloud, email [denis@contractorscloud.com](mailto:denis@contractorscloud.com).

Include enough detail for us to confirm the issue:

* What the issue is and what someone could do with it.
* Steps to reproduce it.
* The endpoints, pages or features affected.

While you investigate, please:

* Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours.
* Do not disrupt the service or degrade it for other customers.
* Give us reasonable time to investigate and fix the issue before you disclose it publicly.

We read every report and will follow up with you. We do not run a paid bug bounty program.
